Welcome to the USPA’s Polo Development Initiative (PDI) program. This USPA program is designed to facilitate the growth of polo by empowering USPA Polo Clubs and approved USPA Polo Schools with financial awards (up to $10,000) dedicated to building business momentum at the club level.

The success of the sport depends on success at the club level, thus it is the intent of the PDI program to offer financial assistance to ignite growth initiative imperative for eventual sustainability.

How it Works

The Polo Development Initiative is a reimbursement program designed to support USPA clubs and school doing work that will generate new members, momentum, and help reach financial stability. Our goal is to provide support to those making the sport of polo better.

Based on a list of pre-approved expenses, the USPA will reimburse you up to $10,000 under this program.

How Do I Apply?

Unfortunately the deadline for 2017 has passed, however you can prepare for 2018 by getting familiar with the application process. First get to know the PDI program and our guidelines. After reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you can then fill out the online 2018 application once it goes live. If you have any specific questions, we also recommend that you consult the FAQ page and the PDI Welcome Letter before reaching out, as a lot of questions can be answered there.
